We were given a desktop from my parents all they asked was for us to save their pictures but they'd forgotten their password and the administrator password. My husband took the tower to these guys and they had the passwords reset in less the ten minutes and it only cost us $39. I will definitely go here from now on and will send everyone I know.

I've been going to PC electronics for 20 years for all types of services and they are THE Best in Springfield hands down. I could give example after example of their insightful diagnostics, fair prices, and honesty.
I recently had a hard drive crash in my laptop and they not only of charge. If you want the job done right the first time for a fair price go to the guys at PC Electronics. I don't base my reviews off of whether someone "sounds high" LOL )some idiots shouldn't bee allowed a keyboard.) They have been around forever for a damn good reason. Keep up the good work guys.
