I came in to have my husband's ring down-sized. It took 3 staff members to find our account, even though we bought the ring there and have the same address and phone numbers as when we purchased the ring. We asked multiple times how long the process would take and was repeatedly told "4-6" with no indication of days, weeks, or months. Luckily, the ring came back with no problems but we are hopeful that we will not have to go back in.
