I chose Paris Cleaners to clean and preserve my wedding dress this month. They did a wonderful job with the cleaning. I took the dress to showcase at a reception (did not wear), then brought it back to Paris to box and preserve. We were given three different prices, the date to pick it up was extended, and they wanted to charge an extra 'processing fee' for taking it out of the shop for a weekend. The dress & boxing ended up being ready on time, but my main complaint is the poor job they did at preservation and how the dress was boxed. They left all of the hanging straps hang out, disheveled the waist belt which had fine details, and haphazardly tossed the veil in. Overall, poor customer service and quality for being entrusted with a valuable item.
