Extremely disappointed with the reults. Carpets looked barely different than before and the techs seemed in a hurry and it showed in their rushed result. Waste of almost $250. Went and rented a carpet cleaner for $40 bucks and that did a much better job. Don't waste your money. Just go and rent a carpet cleaner yourself and save $200 bucks.
Results with this service is inconsistent. I have had excellent cleaning before, and this time, I can't even tell they were cleaned. Spots don't appear to have been treated and the carpets don't look any better than before than after. After Stanley Steemer left, I got down on my hands and knees to scrub out some of the spots myself. The main walk ways still look dingy.
The appointment was set up for a 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. window, but they called at around 8:30 with a cancellation and offered to come early.- Very convenient for me.. Overall very professional. They did a great job on the carpet too, getting out many of the stains I didn't anticipate. Great Job Guys!!
