Fantastic location and stay. Staff were friendly and the food was very good. Typical standard rooms with comfortable beds. Pool was a little smaller than expected, but still was good for young kids.
Love this place. Anxious to get back for a visit. The main thing I loved about it was the customer SERVICE... not even the room the pool the food which were all very well... but customer service beats all of THAT hands down!! Keep up the GREAT SERVICE! Springfield?? We all belong to God no matter our color.
Beautiful Motel. Nice restaurant with good food! I just don't like their new adjustable beds.
The woman who checked me in was awesome. MANY (5-7) of the morning staff congregated in the lobby and we're just chit chatting/socializing. One employee was on his phone in the lobby using a lot of profanity telling whoever was on the phone he couldn't go there because he was drunk. I saw what I thought was the manager come over ... But he did not stop the congregating. Was uncomfortable and strange.
Very nice hotel. Room was updated and had all the modern conveniences. The bed was adjustable and amazing! Sheets were higher quality than most places I've stayed. Very friendly staff members good parking. Highly recommended
