Nice staff. Easy to get in and out of. Usually not too crowded. I also like that they have some art house films occasionally.
Older theater (hence the "classic" moniker) which features slightly lower prices than the newer, larger AMC theater in Springfield. Had to wait in line to buy tickets at concession stand. While the theater was not busy (only three people in movie I watched), it was a bit frustrating that there were not more staff at concession stand to move things along faster. Refillable popcorn bucket available for purchase. If you frequent this or other AMC Classic theaters, bucket may be a good investment. Best ticket prices on screenings before noon.
Very pleasant. I'm not from theatre, but I would return. Staff was kind and professional.
I really like this theatre but honestly don't know how they stay in business. I saw Star Wars The Force Awakens on opening night in 3D and there were only about 15 people in the whole theatre. If you want to see a movie and prefer a more empty room this is the place.
