A bus station within another business but with staff, not just a pickup point when I was there.
It's aight to a certain degree
I went bought a ticket from here and missed my bus so the next day I went and was just gona buy a nother ticket sinse it was only $30 to began with. And the lady working here let me just pay $20 fee and gave me a new ticket even though if you change your date and time on a ticket. Policy is you have to do it one day prior from your departure date and pay a $20 fee. But this nice lady working here just charged me the $20 fee and re issued me a new ticket even though my bus left like 8 hrs ago I shoulda had to purchase a whole new ticket at full price but thanks to this nice lady. My trip went exellent. Thanks Springfield.
Over priced and cramped seating
It's a business that doubles at a bus terminal. At night it's closed, so you wait outside in the dark.
