I looked at ALL car rental places, this one had the best deal. I got the Chevy Tahoe with the 3rd row seating. Only bad thing was that the XM Sat radio quit working after a few hours and when we called the MAIN Avis number we were on hold for 20min and then just hung up and switched to FM. This was NOT the fault of the Springfield Avis Car rental. I'd go there again.
The person who was in the reception was very rude and informal. It's not a good thing to hire people like her. I would never go there again.
Just returned our rental of a Fore Expedition EL. It was a great car and a great experience with the Avis staff.
Bridgett at the Springfield Airport Avis actually remembers me and always takes care of me. The service provided by her and her staff are the reason I moved all of my rental car requests from Hertz to Avis.
