Did not get what I reserved, got "upgrade" which was smaller for cargo space than what I reserved. Price for the van I had reserved was reasonable, but the aftercharges were not explained on the "upgrade." Not comfortable with 4 adults and 1 toddler in a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport for a 2 day trip one way. 2 of our party have arthritis in the knees and hips. That is why I rented a van! Both needed doctor's care after returning. Don't think I will rent from Budget again. Did not get any explanation as to why I did not get the van. The Explorer was thoroughly detailed and washed before returning to the airport. Gas tank was full upon return also.
