Great counter agents, great selection of cars
I got told that you no longer accept debit cards.. But on the website it says different... Every time I rent a car no matter what company. I have always used one.. This has now destroyed all my plans.
Good rate. Purchased the gas option to do late night return. At 4 am it was nice to skip the gas station. Did know about the $200 dollar deposit held when using a debit card, so my paltry account was wiped out. I live a debt free pay as you go life, so I couldn't become a gold card member again which was a bit frustrating. I could have lived without the maintenance lights coming on at the end of my trip which I thought was a major mechanical problem until it was pointed out that it was only a service reminder. Overall all way better than the bate and switch practices of the past. Counter service agent was friendly and helpful.
Good place to rent a car.
Had no problems and was in/out in a few minutes. Car was clean and drive well. I would come back again.
