Tire blew while in Springfield shopping, was near discount tire. Waited 6 hours, pregnant. And come to find out today when the tire BLEW the side wall that they put a size 18 on, when it should be a 16. When i initially left it made a weird sound, which they said was so.ething wrong with my car. Turns out it was the tiring rubbing that I heard! I will never go back, let alone refer anyone here.
Staff was amazing. They fixed my flat tire and I did not have an appointment. Very quick. Large waiting room with lots of comfortable seats. I'll be back!!!!
Generally where we get our tires. Friendly people. Only reason for missing a star is that you usually have a pretty good wait if you want to do something like get tires rotated.
Needed rubber changed on two trailer tires I brought in, they said 2 hrs but was actually about 45 minutes. Very friendly folks. Always get great service from this company.
