They never answer phone calls
Fixed my fusion drive after figuring out it had one? What? A Mac guy should expect a Fusion Drive. My solid state drive and regular hard drive became disconnected from each other the Simply Mac store fixed it, but left his log in name on my update list and I cannot get it out.
I've been to other Simply Mac stores and had great service, but at this one it seems they don't want to really help. I brought my computer in for a repair under the Simply Care plan and was told it would take 2-3 days. It's been over a week and no response. I've called the number 3 times and left a message... no response. I finally got a hold of someone and they are unable to give me an eta on when it will be ready or help me in the meantime while I wait. Until then I have a $1200 brick. They are nice people, clean store, just doesn't seem the employees are empowered to make decisions or help when it's needed.
Absolutely wonderful service from their employee Tommy, he helped me with my phones issue and gave me a step by step of what he did to it and told me all the possibilities of what could have caused it.
Had a question regarding an apple product and was put on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up. After several attempts to reach them, someone finally answered and seemed nice and apologetic but was again put on hold while he checked in the back if they had the product in stock. After 5 minutes I simply hung up. Will just order through the Apple Store.
