The delivery guys were also very nice! They took the time to put the sectional together and didn't rush anything. They did notice that a piece came on damaged and instead of being shady and not telling us they showed it to us and assured they will report it to their manager.
He was very knowledgeable and not like those pushy sales people you see in other places. My husband and I walked in thinking we wanted a fabric couch but we didn't end up getting one. We actually bought the Everest which is a leather section. Justin was patient with us and helped us decide what we actually needed. Whenever we have a problem he is always there to help us!
Furniture Row in Springfield IL has fantastic customer service and a great selection. We recently purchased 2 matching sectionals and could not be happier. Went back and bought a king sized headboard a few weeks later and love it too. Orders are received promptly and delivery is quick too. 5 stars!
I just wanted to say how please I was with my experience with Furniture Row. Many times people only review when they have a bad experience and not the good and I think that often times is a disservice to the business. I recently purchased a new bed and sectional from Furniture Row. Along with the new mattress I had purchase an adjustable frame. At the time of purchase I was told that it may be one to two weeks before the frame would arrive. After two weeks the frame still had not arrived and they were unsure of when it would which started to frustrate me somewhat. I made a call to the Regional Manager to see if a solution could be found and he immediately upgraded me to a better frame with more features at no additional charge. Then had everything delivered including the sectional the very next day at the time the said they would be there. Very happy with the service and attention. Will happily be returning for future purchases for years to come.
What to say. They have low to medium quality furniture at low to medium prices. Sometimes you just want something on the cheap but not walmart cheap... Only complaint would be that staff has that aggressive behavior you get with anyone who is counting on commision

Probably one of the more reasonably priced furniture stores in Springfield. Convenient in that every type of furniture you could need is all in the same building - just can just walk from section to section and put a whole house together if you need to. Up front prices, no "ask the employee for the discounted price" b.s. which I appreciate. Looking for solid furniture at acceptable prices? Definitely stop by this place.
