Sales guy provided no help and eventually walked away. I would shop elsewhere
I guess you all must be doing a great job to let a sale walk out the door and go to someone else.
Deliveries to Sofa Mart are coming from Denver (that’s what they tell us, anyway) but driving straight through from Denver to Springfield is maybe an 18 hour drive. When we call to ask what’s going on they’ve never once even offered to wave part of the delivery fees. Why it’s taken weeks to get one piece of furniture is beyond me. We will not be purchasing any future furniture from them.

I then told him I was there to purchase the sofa and chair. But since I was not told that yesterday was last day on sale I decided to walk out. Salesman said as I was walking out the door that they would be on sale again sometime. I told him I needed them now.
Now I have no idea why the same furniture that was on the floor the day before would cost any different between two days, but I will say this I went to a different store and spent $2,000 on chair and sofa.
Ordered a couch set in Feb and still have not received it. Keep getting the run around at the store and they keep promising that it will be here in a week. Ready to return the 2 pieces of a 5 piece set that I do have and go someplace else!! DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Our sales person was efficient and friendly and the entire transaction went well. We were told that it would take two weeks delivery time to receive our furniture (a sectional and chair). This was the Sept 4th Labor Day Sale. It is now Oct 14 and we still don’t have all of our furniture. Whenever we call the only answer we get is that “it’s been ordered and is in transit. It should arrive on the Monday truck or the Friday truck”.
Asked the salesman about the price and his response, "yesterday was last day on sale",
No pressure. Offered up a number of options within my price range.
Went in store shopping for a chair. Found one I liked on sale. Went home to think about and talk with my wife. We decided to purchase matching couch and chair the next day. Went back to purchase the couch and chair only to discover that they were no longer on sale.
