I had a wonderful time entering your store. Tyler was a wonderful clerk and was helpful along every step of the way. He allowed us to take pillows and coloring outside in the parking lot to check for color matches. He was very nice to come and check on us and then leave us to be to make decisions. We really enjoyed our experience with Tyler. When the designer got involved neither one of us My daughter and I did not agree with him. He seem to have very strange design ideas. All on our way we are very pleased with our experience and just kept buying more items. I really enjoyed working with Tyler and all his help was great

Well, the jury is still out, but it's not looking good. Reading reviews, it looks like I'm in for a wait.
I was told that my matching loveseat would be here before the end of July. We've now hit that date, and I called the store and they said "you need to call back when the full-time person is here". Not a good feeling!

It's been 30 days since I ordered the two pieces, and they actually wanted to charge me for two separate deliveries because they didn't have the love seat ready for with the couch. Wow! Not my fault.
