Excellent caring staff
I cannot speak for the maternity equipment or side for the Womens Care Center. However, my insurance covers my birth control at this facility. I have bad experiences every time I come through here and every time they just get worse. I got to my appointment a couple minutes before and got help from the desk. I sat there and waited, watching waves of people come in and out, and I still was waiting. After awhile, the staff FINALLY noticed I had been sitting there for 60+ minutes, or so, and asked to get a nurse. After that, it only took my shot less than a minute. A 75 minute wait because the staff forgot to add my name in, (Which has not been the first time either) for a less than a minute appointment. I am disgusted. Not to mention the nurse who gave my shot was not friendly, did not speak a word to me even after I tried to start a conversation, or even offered to enhance my experience. If you want a caring staff who delegates to the needs of their customers, this is not the place.
