All-in-all, the visit was my best visit ever to a doctors/clinical office and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the area or even a drive away for whatever needs they provide that you need. Xoxo

This is a wonderful facility. I am truly thankful for the staff that work here. I have been to this location for care several times since PP moved from their old building and I have had nothing but positive experiences.
I wasn't sure what to to expect going here. Was my first visit to a Planned Parenthood as well as Springfield, IL. As soon as I walked on I felt so welcomed. The receptionist greeted me warmly, talked things over I started paper work and it went so smoothly. She was super nice about everything and I got out of the waiting room within no time. Once greeted by the nurse I swear she was the nicest nurse I've ever had the pleasure, she made me feel even more welcomed. She was professional, friendly and even interested in conversation. While filling out the computer work we chatted about life, makeup, TV shows and more. Felt like I was among friends rather than at a doctors office. Once the doctor came in she was professional as well. She was informative on all the bases that needed covered and didn't make me feel like I was needing rushed out of there to get to the next person.
