The customer service at D's is top notch! First, they stayed past closing on a Friday night to accommodate my schedule. Then D went above and beyond helping me fix a minor issue with no questions asked and really made me feel valued as a consumer. I was very impressed and D has gained another customer!

Poor, poor service. I have given my bame and number to several people with promises of getting called back and nothing. My car is a p.o.s had problems with it within the first 30 days, and have nothing but problems. They say they will need to keep it for a week without loaning out another car. How am I supposed to get around. I am paying you almost 500 a month for this car and it doesn't work. I just want a different car that is worth the time and money yet no-one ever seems to be around to want to help. A call back from someone would be nice.
I've done business with the D's Auto Import Group and I have to truly admit why would anyone want to but a car, truck, or van anywhere else. D and his family have not only sold me a great vehicle but when I had a problem I wasn't pushed aside. D himself jumped in my SUV took it to his shop and it was fixed right! Then on top of that his crew even washed and dried off my SUV. I was a factory rep for for nearly 20 years with GM and I wish half of the huge dealerships I worked with had been half as professional as D and his crew is. Service is very important these days.
