IF - STARS WERE POSSIBLE I WOULD. OUT OF STATE CUSTOMER HERE WAS WORKING WITH RON AND A LOCAL DEALER. WAS LOOKING AT A TRUCK TO PURCHASE AND THROUGH MY DEALER WE HAD MADE A DEAL AND ARRANGEMENT WITH RON. MY LOCAL DEALER HAD THE VEHICLE I WANTED INSPECTED AND WAS WAITING FOR THE INSPECTION REPORT TO COME BACK SO THE FUNDS FOR THE VEHICLE COULD BE TRANSFERRED. RON FROM FAINES ALREADY KNEW THIS. I HAD SIGNED PAPERWORK WAS WAITING UNTIL THE MONDAY FOR THE REPORT WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY 9 AM. BUT FAINES NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DECIDED TO NOT HOLD THE TRUCK THAT A DEAL HAD BEEN GUARANTEED ON FOR THE 1 BUSINESS DAY AND SOLD THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER JOKER ON SATURDAY INSTEAD. SO COME THIS MORNING I HAVE NO TRUCK. THIS PLACE IS ABOUT 0 CUSTOMER CARE AND ONLY $ CARE.

Bought a truck from Faines Auto.Ive only had it 18 mounths. The first mounth the ABS break unit went out.3 mounths the rear bumper broke off from being rotted out with rust.Burnt both frount hub assemblys out. Then the gas tank fell out. Then broke the first cross member cause it was rusted out.Thats when I found out the frame was ALL ROTTED OUT FROM RUST.AND THAT IT HAD BEEN BROKE AND WELDED BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.Since then the frame has broke 3 more places.Did some reserch and found out the truck came from NewHampsire.I found out its a flood vehicle. The frame was rotted out and welded when I bought it and NO BODY TOLD ME.I got 18,390.00 in this truck.I still owe 12,102.00 and its unsafe to drive and ready for the junk yard.

The experience here was going ok, they test drove my wife's car we were trading, and completely insulted us by offering $500 for her 2002 Miata with 90k miles. Sorry the car would EASILY sell for 5k+. They get 5 stars on selection of cars, knocked down to 2 for the joke of an experience.

Where do I begin... Let's start with pulling up to the establishment. As I pull up, all the employees are outside standing around smoking, looking at us like "what are you doing here?". As I get out I ask a guy (I later find out is Rico - the owner) are you Jeremy, the salesman I spoke to on the phone? He replied "I can be..", weird but OK. Then he tells me he's out getting lunch and to test drive it. So I test drive the truck and of course like every used car salesman's pitch he tells me "It's perfect, it doesn't need anything!!!". I tell them I'm paying for the truck up front, no loan needed, so what kind of deal can you give me... They didn't budge an inch saying the price has been lowered already. I liked the truck so I dealt with it and went ahead with the paperwork. The truck had a turner on it that seemed like it wasn't working while I test drive it and the rear power sliding window didn't work. I told Jeremy the salesman about it and he said he schedule an appointment some where on Monday to fix the window (this was Saturday) and when I take it in to my buddies diesel shop, to have him look at the tuner. As I waiting for things to get finalized I'm chatting with Jeremy about wondering if the truck will fit in my garage and he said that it should because he drive it home one night and it fit in his. After the paper work is finished and we're out side, Jeremy say's "I've got this chip that will give you better gas mileage and I'll sell it to you for $200" I told him no thanks, you guys won't budge on price even though I'm buying it out right with cash. After I take it to my friends diesel shop to look it over, not only did it need $1600 worth of repairs, he tells me the tuner didn't work because some one removed the fuse. So basically they tried ripping me off more by selling me a piece they took out of the truck...!!!!! Then I ask the owner "Rico" if they're going to fill the truck up like any other reputable dealer and he replies "I'm not your salesman, ask him"... They ended up giving me 1/4 of a tank... LMMFAO It cost me $85 to fill it up when I got home. Let me tell you I'm holding back from cussing right now just so they don't throw out this review!!!! Then I literally have to call Jeremy daily for almost two months to try and get the rear window fixed like he said he was going to. He bs's me over and over asking if I bought an extended warranty and then says the owner Rico won't pay for it because it wasn't in the paper work, because Jeremy just told me verbally he would take care of it. The part was $86 (I bought it myself and paid someone to put it in because I was tired of dealing with these clowns) but yet he was whining saying how he only made $200 commission on the truck. I could care lees if you didn't make a cent, that's not THE POINT!!!!!!! THE POINT IS THE FACT THAT YOU GAVE ME YOUR WORD THAT YOU WOULD FIX IT! Funny how earlier he tells me how he's on track to make $100K this year and how Rico has a million dollar home being built in Chatham, but they can't fill up make tank or fix the stuff they said they would. Ripping people off is how they make their money. They may have nice trucks but at the end of the day, they worthless people that could care less about you as a customer, they just want money, not good word of mouth and returning customers. And I wouldn't buy their "extended warranty" either. If you read some of the other reviews the talk about how they paid for one but when they went to use it, the warranty company said "Faine's" hadn't turned it in... My buddy who own's the diesel shop also said he's known people that have bought their extended warranty that supposedly covers lift kits, injectors, pretty much everything according to them, and that if I had purchased it, it wouldn't have covered any of the $1600 I had to spend to get it right. At the end of all this I told Jeremy I'm going to have to give them a bad review, which to he replies "the owner doesn't care"... So at the end of the day, they could care less about you once you sign the papers.

They need to make this rite or im taking them to cort. Then im goina try to get there dealers licens pulled.

It is illegal for a dealer to sell a flood and or frame damage vehicle.I have notifyed the Sec.Of State, the Aternory Generals office and the corts.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Truly a terrible experience. They owe us a refund on a warranty; we've been waiting since the end of July...still no payment.
