I can't say enough good about this dealership!, Ed Selinger was my salesperson,he listened to my needs,gave me more than a fair price for my trade in and saw to it that everything went smoothly. I never felt like he was trying to "sell me"! This was a wonderful experience for me. I highly recommend Ed,and this dealership!
They did a recall and an oil change. they said it would take an hour, it took 2.5 hours, and did not vaccum or wash like most other dealers. Nice people. A little disappointing.
Not a bad place to do business with. The sales person we dealt with was nice...not overly pushy. Pricing was OK...always best to shop around. The systems that dealers have now allow them to monitor pricing and model availability over a wide area.
We've bought our last 3 cars from this dealership. Prices seem reasonable, and the service department is competitive and thorough. We'll probably get our next car there as well.
This dealership had a car I thought might be an excellent match for everything I wanted but I was not permitted to drive it to find out if I liked how it handled. It was a manual transmission, which I enjoy. It was my favorite color of white. My tall fiance fit into it comfortably. It was four doors, which helps us slightly older folks get in and out. I've had my share of practical cars in my 51 years but this Civic Si had both practical aspects and aspects that are fun.... maybe. I can't tell you if it was fun to drive because, like I said, I was not permitted to drive it. They wanted to know if I would BUY the car THAT DAY if I drove it!! Good grief. Nobody in their right mind would commit to buying a car without knowing if it truly handled the way they wanted it to. They were more interested in putting this car in the showroom to be viewed by others than selling it to someone who was interested, and who is old enough and financially secure enough to afford it. Of course, the finance manager never got into looking into my financial worthiness because the sales manager was too busy sending his poor salesman out to deny test drives of the pretty new car. Well, I'm very capable of going somewhere where they care more about developing a good relationship with customers, not sending them away frustrated and disappointed
