The saleman who helped me was very good. I had not intended to buy; just get the oil changed in my Ford Edge. Jeremy checked out everything about price and what I really wanted in a car. I felt that the Edge was more car than I was comfortable with and needed to lower my payments.

After dealing with Crown Toyota for the last 5 vehicles we have purchsed, and them NOT wanting to help us into a newer truck. We were "Just Looking" late Friday afternoon when Derrick made his appearance. He was VERY professional, yet NOT pushy. After looking at a truck we found, we ended up test driving and signing paperwork on Saturday! We also dealt with Josh as the Finance guy and he too was AWESOME!
