High pressure sales.. like short of putting a gun to my head high pressure. Plus they sold me a lemon and then wanted to charge me extra for the unasked for "features" on the replacement vehicle. At least they do honor the warranty.. when my battery crapped out 26 months after I got the second one. Service dept. people are nice enough FWIW. But really do yourself a favor and go to literally any other place.. your wallet and mental health will thank you.
I took my Santa Fe in for routine service, it was a very busy day but my vehicle got done surprisingly fast. After I checked out I walked to my car to leave and I saw a spot on my drivers door. At first I thought it was a leaf stuck to the door, as I went to brush it away I noticed that it was a chip out of the paint about the size of a dime all the way to the sheet metal. I went back to the guy who did my paperwork, told him and I was joined by a guy that introduced himself as the service manager. He looked at the door, took a picture and my info, and told me to expect a call in the next couple days from the body shop they use to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I still have not heard back from anyone. That was on September 24th. Around the middle of October I received a "courtesy email", seemingly automated, asking about my recent experience. I explained the same thing I just wrote here, and all I have received to this point (Oct 31) was a survey I received today from a 3rd party site asking about my experience.
Great prices!!! Huge selection. Wonderful staff. I bought a used vehicle and was treated like I was buying top of the line new car. I was given 3 years free oil changes. Definitely worth the extra drive.
