I had great experience with this place. Dave is a very experienced salesman and not pushy at all. He gave me a good deal on the trade and answered all my questions patiently. One of the key fobs was not available so he ordered a new one and he followed up with me for months until I found time to pick it up from their store. Their service dept is good too. Rodney knows what he is doing. Will definitely recommend this place.

"Impossible to diagnose a check engine light in an hour" is literally what they told me after placing me on hold and hanging up on first attempt. Was also told their mechanics don't perform the oil changes, I think I'll stay away as there are too many flags already.
The repair center is full of liars and scam artists. We moved here in April from Joliet where a costly repair had been done at that dealership and came with a year long warranty. The issue arose again, and they wouldn't make an appointment for our vehicle's repair until my husband brought them the paperwork from the Joliet Buick dealership's work. Fine, we love wasting time! They begrudgingly agreed to look at our car. This morning was our appointment, and not long after he left the car, my husband was called by Rodney who swore that magically the issue was fixed!! HOWEVER- we needed to spend $400 on what he called "initial diagnostics" to figure out why the problem kept happening. We declined to throw our money at that black hole, since my husband was betting the issue was in fact, not resolved. When my husband picked up the car, it wasn't fixed like Rodney claimed. My husband brought the car home and called the main number for Buick's corporate customer service, and after they apologized multiple times, they set us up with an appointment for our vehicle's repair at the Chevy dealership in town. Sad, messy and alarming. We won't be back, and won't recommend them to anyone in our neighborhood organization, church or coworkers.
It took me over a month of no response from our "designated tech" (Rodney) and calls to the service manager (Brian) and then to his boss (Tony) to get a problem fixed that was present when I bought my car. I was told all the while that it would be covered by warranty. When they finally fixed it I was then called AFTER the repair and told that it wasn't under warranty and expected to pay. When I questioned this Rodney then continued to avoid my calls and I had to ask for the general manager (Dan) who finally resolved the issue. In a world where customer service is key one would think a business lives & breathes good customer service. You can bet I will be taking my business elsewhere. We have been a customer for a long time and we were very disappointed.
