I like the people and I think they do a good job but they are horrible with communication! I always have to call them to figure out the status on my car. They are working on a car today for me. I called once to add an oil change. Otherwise I never heard from them. They didn't call to let me know they would be keeping the car overnight or to ask if that was okay.
