Went and needed air in one of my tires and they were so nice did it for free. They had great customer service.
I came in for an oil change on March 5, 2017 needed new windshield wipers, but there was going to be a 2 hour wait. Vernon Poison assisted me with buying new wipers and help install them for me even though I couldn't wait 2 hours for oil change. My children and grand children were leaving that day to return home to the state of Virginia after attending 2 funerals. Thank you Vernon for being so nice and helping me! Dara Chastain
Be cautious. Often cite need for unnecessary repairs in quotes. If you know what you want/need, they are fine.
Vernon has assisted me with oil changes, new brakes on the front and back of my car. He is the only person I truly believe when it comes to repairs on my car. If he is not available I will wait until he comes to work. He is very professional and respectful.
I wanted to take a minute to express my sincere gratitude to Brian and the team at Sears Auto Center. Last Sunday, my pregnant wife, young son and I were traveling from Chicago to St. Louis when we hit a nail outside Springfield. By the time we made to it Sears, after having previously been turned away by Firestone, it was 4:30 p.m., and it was clear the auto shop was preparing to close. Nevertheless, Brian refused to allow us to be stranded overnight in Springfield and was able to squeeze us in for a new tire, the installation of which was not completed until after the store's regular closing hours. Brian and the team were incredibly kind and courteous to our family, and we cannot thank them enough. This was truly an example of treating others how you would like to be treated. These guys are all class.
